Yes, there is a security deposit of $100. Why do we charge this? The simple reason is that it is to pay for any unexpected charges such as damages to the car and parking tickets.
Now, if you do not damage the car upon return; then we will refund your security deposit and you can expect it back within 3-5 business days.
Yes, there are additional fees that you will be responsible for such as: tolls, any parking violations that you may receive, and gas (only if you return the gas tank level in the vehicle below the original level gas when you first picked up the car).
If you damage the vehicle, you will be held responsible for covering the damage costs that the vehicle incurs.
Yes, there is and you must at least rent the vehicle for a minimum of two (2) days in order to create a reservation with us.
There are age restrictions and you must at least age 25 or older to be able to rent a car from us. You must also present your Driver's License and you must be the primary driver.
There aren't any at the moment, but when we do have any discounts, they will be posted here. I do encourage you to e-mail and ask as sometimes promotional offers can occur from time to time.
You must utilize your own personal car insurance in order to be able to rent a vehicle from us. Roadside assistance is included, if there is ever a need for it; please do not hesitate to call or text us so we can respond promptly.
We do offer insurance that will incur additional costs, but provides full coverage.
For fuel, if the vehicle is given to you with a full tank, we expect it to be returned with a full tank otherwise we will charge an additional $10.00 inconvenience fee (This is the same for 1/2 a tank, 3/4 tank, etc...).
For mileage, there is a specific amount of miles that you can drive per day for example, 150 miles, but usually your mileage total will be calculated after your trip and that will determine how many miles you have driven and how many extra miles you will be charged for.
